Tape & Reel Service

At our location in Regensburg, we offer our customers a fast and flexible tape & reel service for wage belting. Components are packed in blister belts, radial components are belted on our systems and components are inserted into paper strips. The webbings are either available in standard versions or can be made according to the dimensions of the components. In addition, systems for electronic or visual inspection of the components are used according to the requirements of our customers.

All belt packaging complies with the DIN EN 60286 standard.


BlisterTap

Corresponding belts are designed and manufactured according to customer requirements for the packaging of components in blister belts. Blister belts can be processed in the standard widths from 8mm to 120mm on our manual belt systems. Depending on customer requirements, we can adjust the devices for special dimensions. Automation is available for large series.

Thanks to our automatic systems for harnessing components in chip design, we can offer our customers fast delivery times, high quality and economical prices.

  • All common chip designs up to a bandwidth of 8mm
  • Cutting the paper tapes according to your individual requirements
  • Seal of the stamped paper strips on top or bottom with cover tape 
  • Belt of the components they provide or desired 
  • Roll sizes and packaging units according to customer requirements

Manual belt systems allow us to respond flexibly, quickly and economically to the requirements of our customers. Automation is available for large series.

  • Grid dimension 2.5 mm to 27.5 mm
  • Component spacing from 12.7 mm to 25.4 mm
  • Belt on ammo pack or roller 


Quality control

Manually strapped components are checked for visible damage when packing. Visual inspection systems are used on automatic systems. The finished webbing is checked again for errors and damage in our final inspection. The following quality control options also exist:

  • Special incoming control of the components or pre-sorting
  • Electrical test of components with manual or automatic belting
  • Visual inspection systems for the follow-up of the components in the belt
